1. Acceptance of terms

By using GravelyQR, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

GravelyQR allows you to create digital memorial pages and order physical QR code plaques. Memorial pages are hosted on our platform and accessible via unique URLs and QR codes.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when registering. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of all content you upload (photographs, text, biographical information). By uploading content, you grant us a licence to host and display it as part of the memorial page. You must not upload content that is offensive, illegal, infringes copyright, or violates the dignity of others.

5. Plaque orders and payments

  • Plaque prices are displayed in GBP and include UK delivery.
  • Payment is processed securely via Stripe at the time of order.
  • Orders are fulfilled within 5-7 working days.
  • Refunds are available if the plaque has not yet been dispatched. Contact us to request a refund.
  • Replacement plaques can be ordered if the original is lost or damaged.

6. QR codes

QR codes generated by GravelyQR are permanent and will continue to function as long as the service operates. We are committed to maintaining QR code links indefinitely.

7. Privacy

Memorial pages can be set to public, private (owner-only), or password-protected. You control who can view your memorial content. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

8. Limitation of liability

GravelyQR is provided “as is”. While we strive for reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
